| Abstract | ACE2-1 is a reference material (RM) designed for use in coronavirus spike protein binding assays, and for evaluating antibody-mediated inhibition of the receptor-spike interaction. The reference values for ACE2-1 are based on combined results from two orthogonal methods from data generated at the National Research Council of Canada (NRC). A unit of ACE2-1 contains 50 µL of biotinylated human angiotensin-converting enzyme 2 (ACE2) in Dulbecco's phosphate-buffered saline. |
