| Abstract | SKIM-1 is a skim milk powder Certified Reference Material (CRM) characterized for trace metals and minerals. This material was prepared at the National Research Council of Canada (NRC) from food grade skim milk powder. A unit of SKIM-1 consists of 12 trilaminate stick packs, each containing approximately 2.5 g of skim milk powder. This material is intended for the calibration, method validation, and to aid analytical method development of trace metals and minerals in milk powder or similar matrices. |
