| Abstract | APHE-1 is a pure substance certified reference material (CRM) for L-phenylalanine. This material, distributed in 100 mg units, is intended for instrument calibration, method development, and validation for the quantitation of L-phenylalanine and ᴅL-phenylalanine. Certified values for the mass fraction of L-phenylalanine and ᴅL-phenylalanine in APHE-1 has been established. Information values for the mass fraction of ᴅ-phenylalanine and other amino acids related minor impurities are provided. |
